How to Make Fish Tacos

Breaded Fish
1 tray Wild OceanBox Icelandic Cod
1 cup flour
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil to fill 1/2 inch of the pan
For Slaw:
half a head of shredded cabbage (or one small bag)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil to 350F over medium high heat.
- Add breaded fish and fry for 5-6 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Mix shredded cabbage with mayo and mustard.
- Add more mustard for a tangier flavor; add more mayo for a creamier flavor.
- Heat corn or flour tortillas over medium heat.
- Layer fish with sliced avocado, slaw, sour cream, cheese, and hot sauce.
- Serve and Enjoy
