How to Make Easy Healthy Baked Scallops

OceanBox Wild Sea Scallops – ~10 oz.
tsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley
optional: 4 tbsp grated Parmesan or 1 tbsp lemon zest or 1/8 tsp cayenne or paprika
- Line the bottom of the baking pan with olive oil.
- Spread scallops evenly in the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together breadcrumbs, butter, garlic, herbs, and optional ingredients, if using.
- Top each scallop with a spoonful of the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes. Scallops should still be soft and springy.
- Remember, they will continue to cook out of the oven.
