Easy Healthy Baked Sea Scallops

Directions

Line the bottom of the baking pan with olive oil.
Spread scallops evenly in the pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix together breadcrumbs, butter, garlic, herbs, and optional ingredients, if using.
Top each scallop with a spoonful of the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes. Scallops should still be soft and springy.
Remember, they will continue to cook out of the oven.
