Storage
Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days until ready for preparation. Items can be stacked and stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing Instructions:
The best way to thaw our seafood trays is to allow them to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend running cool water over the tray for around thirty minutes to an hour.

The fish is fresh & not frozen. Portions are as stated &cleaned & cut well. I gave gift cards as xmas presents. They were a big hit.
The fish doesn’t arrive frozen which is huge for me because when flash frozen it gives the fish a mushy texture when cooked.Also I love that when I open the tray of fish I can’t even smell a fish odor so I know it is truly fresh caught fish, plus the taste is amazing. I’ve been ordering 2 large boxes every month for 2 years now and will continue.

The seafood is fresh and vacuum packed, so can easily be frozen for later or used right away. The salmon and shrimp have been delicious! Next is the cod!
