Try our Ginger Scallion Salmon - a tantalizing blend of soy, sesame and spices.

4 tbsp oil, divided
1 green onion, chopped
2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and julienned
1 garlic clove, sliced (optional)
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Optional sesame seeds
- Crisp salmon, skin side down, in skillet over medium high heat with 1 tbsp oil, 4-5 minutes.
- When skin releases, flip and cook for another 3 minutes until the salmon is opaque.
- Remove the fish and add the other 3 tbsp of oil. Add the white parts of the green onion and half the ginger, and garlic if using.
- Lower heat to medium/medium-low and cook, gently, until ginger and garlic are lightly browned.
- Plate fish and top with the green part of green onion and the other half of the fresh ginger.
- Pour hot oil and aromatics over salmon. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
- Serve over rice and enjoy
