  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cod and arrange it on the baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice with 1 tbsp of melted butter. Drizzle this lemon butter mixture over the cod.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, finely chopped parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 tbsp of melted butter and stir until well combined.
  6. Spread the panko mixture evenly on top of the cod, gently pressing it to adhere.
  7. Bake for 11-16 minutes, It’s ready when the panko mixture is crisped, and the cod flakes easily with a fork.
