- 1 tray OceanBox King salmon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- Juice of half a lime
- ½ cup furikake
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ½ avocado, diced
Sushi Rice:
- 1 cup sushi rice
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Prepare the Sushi Rice:
Cook the sushi rice according to package directions. While the rice is still warm, stir in the rice wine vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined. Set aside. - Cook the Salmon:
Brush the OceanBox King salmon with soy sauce.
- Airfryer: Cook for 10 minutes at 390°F.
- Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400°F.
- Prepare the Salmon Mixture:
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and furikake.
When the salmon is cooked, remove the skin and add the salmon to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed. - Assemble the Bake:
Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray.
Pack the prepared rice as the bottom layer of the dish.
Pour the salmon mixture over the rice and spread evenly. - Bake the Sushi Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 15 minutes. - Garnish and Serve:
Once baked, top the sushi bake with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, cucumber, and diced avocado.
