Depending on the box size selected, you will get 4, 8, or 12, 5-oz. servings.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?
We pack your products carefully in our special breathable package that helps maintain the integrity of the seafood. Each portion is individually packed in minimally sized cardboard boxes made from 100 percent post-consumer products. Within each box are biodegradable and non-toxic gel packs to keep the fish as fresh as can be without freezing. In warmer months, we'll replace the gel packs with dry ice.
IS IT SAFE TO EAT SEAFOOD OFTEN?
Absolutely! The EPA and FDA recommend 2 to 3 servings per week. Seafood is full of nutrients such as Omega-3 acids that is beneficial to overall health.
I’M PREGNANT. IS IT SAFE FOR ME TO CONSUME SEAFOOD?
According to the EPA and FDA, pregnant women are encouraged to consume seafood for their child's growth and development, but should avoid fish high in mercury.
WHERE IS THE SEAFOOD FROM?
Our seafood selections come from a network of trusted supplies that adhere to the highest standards. The sourcing locations for all our seafood can be found within the description of each selection.
IS THE SEAFOOD SUSTAINABLE?
If we could, we would make “sustainable” our middle name! Our suppliers must pass annual independent third-party audits to ensure that standards are being met. Rather than creating our own standards, we believe partnering with organizations (input who have well-established systems for evaluating fisheries is the most efficient and robust approach.

We’re not happy unless you’re 100% satisfied with your order. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll gladly replace the item(s) or refund your payment.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Once you log into your account, you’ll have the option to change, skip, or cancel your subscription. The buttons can be found on the right side of the page underneath your subscription information.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
Log into your account and click “Edit” underneath your card info. The card must be valid for it to replace the current one on file.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD/EMAIL PREFERENCES?
Log into your account and click “Edit” underneath “Account Settings.” You’ll be able to change your password or update your email preferences.

HOW DO I SKIP A DELIVERY?
Log into your account and click “Skip Subscription” found underneath your subscription settings. Skipping the next renewal date doesn't change any existing shipments. To push back or change shipment dates, please contact us directly.
HOW DO I CHANGE WHAT I WILL RECEIVE IN MY NEXT SHIPMENT?
Log into your account and click “Change Subscription” found underneath your subscription settings. You’ll be taken to a page to select your box size and frequency and then your seafood selections afterwards.

WHY DOESN’T OCEANBOX DELIVER TO MY ZIP CODE?
To stick to our promise of delivering the freshest fish possible, we’ll need to set up additional facilities across the nation.
WHAT DAY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
You can expect to receive your order on Wednesday or Thursday. Rather than waiting all day for your delivery, we’ll send you a text notification to confirm the delivery date and time.
WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
We’ll leave the package in front of your door. If you’d like us to leave it on the porch or in your backyard, just let us know by emailing us.
